cuteordinary things that the brilliant Sherlock Holmes does sometimes.He explains on the Scandal in Belgravia commentary that this was not in the script but it was his thing, because he feels that Mrs. Hudson is Sherlock’s mother figure and it’s like the typical son who comes into his mom’s house and just goes directly to the fridge to see if there’s something in there. I thought it was super adorable.
